碳烤香魚，很快就熟了，只需看表皮微收乾緊繃就OK，喜歡乾一點的，只需再等魚皮微焦；有人喜歡串成S型日語叫"美姿烤"，有人就地取材直接抹鹽就平放烤肉架，有人取出魚肚清乾淨，有人就微微按壓魚肚擠出腸內消化過的青苔一樣可以烤得很好吃。
小弟是認為魚身只需沾上薄薄一層鹽巴，魚鰭沾多一點碳烤起來較不易烤焦嘿，就這樣。
