<P>回家後的處理&amp;料理方式不大一樣..(我老媽負責處理).</P>
<P>先去頭尾&amp;內臟..剖半後抹鹽醃一下..</P>
<P>放進蒸籠蒸熟後拿出冷卻..</P>
<P>將肉取下.用平底鍋少油加薑稍微熱一下..加點醬油調味調色即完成..</P>
<P>隔天還跟我要說..</P>
