<P><IMG src="http://www.nidify.com/fishing/images/fishing/seagrouperfish.gif" border=0><BR><IMG src="http://www.nidify.com/fishing/images/fishing/seagrouperset.gif" align=right border=0> 石<FONT size=3><STRONG>斑魚為四季皆可釣的魚族，夏季為旺季，牠通常棲息於海底，偏愛礁岩地區及水底有消波樁或沉船的地方，因為這些地方牠才容易找到藏身的洞穴，石斑魚的主要食物有蝦，蟹，小魚等，幾乎什麼能吃的都不放過，尤其是海鰻餌更是對石斑魚有致命的吸引力，其次則為炸彈魚片。<BR><BR>石斑魚有鑽洞的習性，一中鉤便立刻死命的往水底的洞穴或凹陷處鑽，一但鑽入就很難再拉動牠(註一)，所以釣中此魚，迅速的拉離海底為第一要務，因為海底是石斑最能發威的地方，一但遠離海底石斑魚就只能作困獸之鬥，牠無法如同其他魚類般的在水面頑抗，因為水壓的關係，石斑魚到了水面多半已無反抗的餘地了。<BR><BR>石斑魚的釣組如圖，子線長約50~60公分，捨棄線1米或一米半(捨棄線長些可讓魚鉤離海底礁岩遠一些降低掛底機會)，此為沉底磯釣的通用釣組，對其他的魚族亦適用，所以有關沉底磯釣其他魚族的釣技就不再另外介紹，用釣竿將釣組用力向外海拋出，待鉛塊沉海底後再將釣線收緊，並將釣竿置於竿架上等待魚訊，因為釣線是繃緊的，因此一但有魚兒咬餌，力量會立刻由釣線傳到竿頭，造成竿頭抖動，再由竿頭抖動的的幅度判斷魚兒是否已經上鉤，唯沉底釣容易掛底鉛塊必需多準備些，使用較細的捨棄線(如圖)目的乃避免因釣組掛底而造成母線斷掉。<BR><BR>註一:<SPAN style="COLOR: brown">魚兒一但鑽洞要如何應付呢?一般的老釣手是這樣做的，將釣竿放平與伸往海底的釣線呈一直線，並將釣線收至如琴弦般緊繃，再用手指頭如彈琴般似的撥動釣線，如此線那頭的魚兒將會感到疼痛而離開洞穴。 </SPAN></STRONG></FONT></P></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

<FONT size=3><STRONG>石斑魚的生態習性 <BR><BR>石斑魚一般棲習於熱帶及亞熱帶地區的珊瑚礁、岩礁海域，屬底棲性魚類，幼魚多在淺水域生長，長大後則移至較深水域，大部分種類棲習水深不超過100公尺，少部分深達100-200公尺(甚至有深達500公尺的紀錄)。一般為夜行性，白天獨自穴居礁洞，有海中巖窟王之稱，夜間覓食，主食魚類、大型甲殼類及頭足類等，同時石斑魚也具有領域性，攝食時大魚常會驅趕小魚，饑餓時甚至有自相殘時的現象。屬廣溫廣鹽性魚類，對鹽度、溫度的適應範圍相當廣，在鹽度11-41ppt之間皆能存活，但在低於5ppt即會死亡；生活之最適水溫為22-28℃之間，水溫低於20℃以下時，食慾減退，水溫低於14℃以下，魚體會失卻平衡，11℃時即會休克、死亡。<BR></STRONG></FONT>
