<IMG border=0 alt="" src="http://bbs.unitedfishingnet.com/images/smilies/ufish2/a52.gif" smilieid="113"> <FONT size=3>我想來興檳榔大大誤會我的用意了.我也不是要反駁你PO的文章.當初的用意是想讓釣友了解船員基本安全訓練與船員手冊的不同.昨天下午我在永安漁港漁會大樓跟主辦單位閒聊時.有很多釣友來登記上課.但是有一些釣友都在問承辦單位同樣的問題.(上完課就能拿到船員證上船嗎?)承辦單位深怕釣友以為船員基本安全訓練證書就是船員手冊.日後拿訓練證書就要上船出海造成海巡署與釣友的誤會.所以委託永安在討論區講解給各釣友明白.當初漁業署開課用意是想鼓勵無業人民上船工作.因為目前很多漁船找不到船員上船工作迫於無奈只好聘請外勞及大陸漁工.但是在安全管理上卻增加政府及社會資源支出.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=3>我PO的說明只想讓釣友明白船員安全訓練證書與船員手冊不同.船員安全訓練上課時你想有多少人會認真聽講?釣友在網路討論區看文章反而會比較認真.</FONT><FONT size=3>其實大家的目的只有一個.就是趕快拿到訓練證書.讓大家多了解一些資訊並不為過.你說是嗎?</FONT></P>
