! j/ A- G5 |4 d- R3 E3 U- k; z<P><FONT color=blue size=3>錢鰻處理:1.斷頭去內臟~洗乾淨<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.從龍骨兩側肉分別將其切下~中間龍骨的鰭丟嚕<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.再將剛切下的肉切片~看你功力如何&lt;越薄越好&gt;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4.薄片泡白醋3~10分鐘~看你肉的厚度決定時間<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.運用金鍋的煎炸鍋將其肉片平均鋪在鍋內~加入10~20cc的水<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6.待水<FONT color=red>煮乾</FONT>後~加入特調的烤肉醬&lt;刷烤&gt;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 7.魚肉本身以熟~所以不用烤太久~<FONT color=red>只要醬有點焦</FONT>~這樣就會很好吃嚕<BR>PS:<FONT color=darkgreen>特條的烤肉醬&lt;都說是特調了&gt;~所以請自己調</FONT><FONT color=black>=.="&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</FONT>&nbsp;&nbsp; </FONT></P>
