還不錯吃喔！我用煎的或煮成味噌湯或裹粉炸成魚排，很有飽足感，不過我沒直接放血，直接交由廚師處理，另外廚師說這種近海魚有油污，不建議直接做成生魚片吃，但我看現場有一群人直接做來吃~~
