使用ACDSee 7.0修改圖檔大小

<P>有鑒於有些大大們想上傳自己精采的釣遊圖片,</P>
3 U( H- l: L, |; ~<P>卻又有圖檔太大無法上傳的問題,</P>
' ^" u+ R! `8 f( W% ?" P<P>故小弟將自己常用的改圖軟體製作教學圖片,</P>
  Y% ?9 ~8 ]- {& Y' F+ u7 {% y<P>希望對大大們有所幫助!!</P>

<P>本次使用軟體為ACDSee 7.0版</P>

<P>本身畫質若不好，用軟體修圖修好，效果是有限的而且操作復雜！</P>
<P>盡量選擇不要讓畫質失真的軟體，都算好用！</P>
