大龍膽半公斤150-190元RMB

這次到大陸出差，在深圳和上海的餐廳都有看到賣整尾的大龍膽，問到的價錢分別是1斤是150和190元人民幣(一斤是台灣的0點5公斤)。看來應該有15公斤以上，算一算一尾約要2萬5到3萬元台幣。下次釣聯的朋友約一約，來這裏開個五桌，殺一條來吃看看!!!

噴黑點那隻是金錢斑,
台灣有在繁殖最近才成功,
不知道出苗沒有,
而且澳洲還是保育的魚類,
量產之後應該就是龍膽池的另一個選擇

台北市寧夏路的太春日本料理有現宰的龍膽..
體型大概也十幾斤....賣多少錢一斤不知?
不過想吃就不用飛到對岸去...參考參考!!
