永安大大,聽說可以寄放在泡棉船製作者那邊,如果已經買了,最好寄放在中南部,偶而找時間再過去玩玩,泡棉船適合蚵棚筏釣, 永安漁港&大潭不知道是否適合?
我也很想買艘來釣魚, 但是聽大家這麼說,不裝動力的話,其實"划"出去可能很累也很危險, 大家再腦力激盪一下,有沒有更好的辦法?

<FONT size=3>泡棉船因體積不大.無法改成人力腳踏車螺旋槳.目前有一種使用電瓶式小馬力船外機聽說可規避法令使用.</FONT>

永安大大你好~我主要是想在台南釣黑雕~金目爐~~
而我會問高速公路可否上~是因為北部我也有一些黑鯛釣點~
但是如不能用車子載來載去~我怕買了以後一年用不到10次
其實還滿猶豫的

我絕得.大家別異想天開..還是遵守規則 別跑法律邊緣  努力賺錢 申請受訓漁民證 才是王道 買一艘釣魚船 這樣釣的 也安心!!

大大我不是異想天開也不是想鑽法律漏洞啦~我們台南的黑鯛釣點在出海口較多~沒出去到海上~在河道上跑來跑去的幾乎都是膠筏跟竹筏都不用申請牌阿~弄台泡棉船應該不犯法吧
其實如果是要出海或沿岸漁港等~大大說的有道理還是別鑽法律漏洞比較好
