自家菜園拉爽爽

<P><FONT color=darkred size=4>今天回苗栗掃墓,掃完回老家後到自家菜園小搞搞</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=darkred size=4>本想拿出自己的溪釣竿,不過自家魚池裡很多都是3,4斤級的大阿福</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=darkred size=4>而且池子用短竿就夠了,不過我的短竿都不夠力</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=darkred size=4>於是跟阿叔借了九尺竿一起小搞,大小尾都有,小尾放回去讓它長大</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=darkred size=4>大尾的就直接處理啦~<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.unitedfishingnet.com/images/smilies/ufish2/a15.gif" border=0 smilieid="122"></FONT></P>

<P>我們家的池子是引後龍溪支流的水進來的,算是活水</P>
<P>裡面的魚部份是之前養殖的仔魚長大的,部份買來純拉爽的</P>
<P>目前池中土稍多點,過陣子會清掉~</P>
<P>生魚片就是池中釣的台灣鯛(吳阿福)啊!!</P>
<P>我們拿來做生魚片已經數十年了,配合獨特的"薑醋醬汁"可殺菌,</P>
<P>不趕跟你保證一定安全,但當地的親友較常吃但也沒大礙</P>
<P>但對不常吃的我倒是一到不錯的料理~~</P>
