真是高手高手高高手!! 其實之前說的.
 
勾沒泡水的吐司.跟泡過水的吐司.就是不一樣!!
 
 
整片瑞穗吐司(註一)去邊(註二)然後放進水裡.兩邊都浸溼.小心的拿起不要破損.
 
放在準備好的布上.壓平.壓乾.兩邊都要壓.越扁.越乾.越好! 
 
順著吐司的紋路拉出一小條.鉤尖先勾著.繞個2~3圈.最後再勾一次揑斷!!大功告成! 
 
泡過水的吐司.比較軟.烏魚.豆豆.好吸入口!!(沒泡過水下水會膨脹) 
 
此招!!小弟在碧砂.只要有魚靠從不失手過!希望能幫助到各位大大!!
 
 註一:瑞穗吐司牛奶成分高於一般鮮奶吐司!!所以較香. 
 
既然要用當然是要用好的.至少魚不吃我自己吃....
 
註二:去邊後的吐司邊.不要丟掉.如果要用a-sa此吐司邊是好用的添加物!!
 
(草大可以買包小包烏魚粉.搭配一般吐司半條.或是早餐店不要的吐司邊.攪拌後會有更好的效果) 
 
 
ps:小弟還有一種添加物更是讓烏魚神魂顛倒的上鉤!!有機會過去在研究研究!!

請問土大您註一:瑞穗吐司牛奶成分高於一般鮮奶吐司!!所以較香.

若以吐司浸泡牛奶或奶精效果會不會更好
