標題: 自家菜園拉爽爽
今天回苗栗掃墓,掃完回老家後到自家菜園小搞搞
本想拿出自己的溪釣竿,不過自家魚池裡很多都是3,4斤級的大阿福
而且池子用短竿就夠了,不過我的短竿都不夠力
於是跟阿叔借了九尺竿一起小搞,大小尾都有,小尾放回去讓它長大

一樣現流的尚青啦~~

因為我家的水是使用地下水
 
另外生魚片的魚也是自家菜園的嗎
淡水魚(尤其是吳郭魚)做生魚片安全嗎?

我們家的池子是引後龍溪支流的水進來的,算是活水
裡面的魚部份是之前養殖的仔魚長大的,部份買來純拉爽的
目前池中土稍多點,過陣子會清掉~
生魚片就是池中釣的台灣鯛(吳阿福)啊!!
我們拿來做生魚片已經數十年了,配合獨特的"薑醋醬汁"可殺菌,
不趕跟你保證一定安全,但當地的親友較常吃但也沒大礙
但對不常吃的我倒是一到不錯的料理~~

我們家在苗栗養魚苗已經有好幾十年的經驗了,
現在已經不做了
