<P>我們嘉義不知有幾百年沒下雨了.</P>$ ^- X! D, A. B; U: H) W/ B1 F
<P>小溪的水早已被果農.茶農抽光了.</P>. I5 b# ]1 C. q8 ?
<P>嘉義的高山溪流在風災後早就沒啥苦花了.</P>5 C* P, F. n6 ~6 A  P( u
<P>所以在下只能在平地溪流耍寶而已.</P>% e) a2 ~0 V) O4 [: g9 ^
