標題: 補~生蠔篇~補
最近聽朋友說搞了不少的野生生蠔，於是跟專釣溪釣帶了一些大小不一的生蠔(50-60斤@@")回來嗑！
生蠔來源---苗栗通宵
吃法--半生熟

一口咬下去，口感真的很讚~~~
之前都是去餐廳吃人家剝好的！
這次是大大顆的生蠔，半生熟後，再把殼撬開來，真的好美味唷~~~

很棒的生蠔大餐呢..
我們在墨西哥邊界也買的到大生蠔.
有的直徑到20公分呢..
可是味道和台灣的比起來就差多了.
不加檸檬的話很難下嚥..
還是家鄉的海產比較棒,

看到這味就想起當兵在通宵泳訓，醫官可以用一顆酒精棉花烤開生蠔，我們用5~6顆還烤不開。

在澎湖，想吃生蚵，帶把小鐵鏟，到青灣海邊礁岩上自己敲，小小顆的野生石蚵，直接拌wasabi，哇，超鮮甜．．．完全沒腥味．
在地人的口味．
