使用ACDSee 7.0修改圖檔大小

<P>故小弟將自己常用的改圖軟體製作教學圖片,</P>
<P>希望對大大們有所幫助!!</P>

<P>盡量選擇不要讓畫質失真的軟體，都算好用！</P>
