標題: 拋投練習計劃
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp; <FONT color=blue size=4>練習拋投已經快1個月(那個阿榮說的)今天就繼續拋投，途中那個卷仔來亂，打壞我拋投練習，小弟起毛麥就把牠請上來，希望下次拋投練習卷仔能不要來亂，這樣計劃性拋投練習才能接續不中斷。</FONT></P>
