可用手竿釣嗎???跟用粉餌釣嗎???否則放海福壽要用什麼釣啊...???...甩竿+蝦仁嗎???............哈哈.....

可以用手竿加粉餌釣嗎...水會流很快嗎？有人去釣過或看過的嗎？麻煩說明一下，感謝！
