8 g3 D, M6 |/ L/ t9 L<P><FONT color=blue size=3>錢鰻處理:1.斷頭去內臟~洗乾淨<BR> 2.從龍骨兩側肉分別將其切下~中間龍骨的鰭丟嚕<BR> 3.再將剛切下的肉切片~看你功力如何<越薄越好><BR> 4.薄片泡白醋3~10分鐘~看你肉的厚度決定時間<BR> 5.運用金鍋的煎炸鍋將其肉片平均鋪在鍋內~加入10~20cc的水<BR> 6.待水<FONT color=red>煮乾</FONT>後~加入特調的烤肉醬<刷烤><BR> 7.魚肉本身以熟~所以不用烤太久~<FONT color=red>只要醬有點焦</FONT>~這樣就會很好吃嚕<BR>PS:<FONT color=darkgreen>特條的烤肉醬<都說是特調了>~所以請自己調</FONT><FONT color=black>=.=" </FONT> </FONT></P>

<P><FONT size=3><FONT color=blue>龍蝦處理:1.新鮮的龍蝦先幫他洗澡洗好<BR> 2.放血+竹葉青<個人喜愛竹葉青><BR> 3.將龍蝦頭裡的龍蝦膏取出<切記是生的唷><BR> 4.再用可愛的4公升金鍋煮水~水滾後放蝦<不要煮太久嘿><BR> 5.龍蝦頭對半剖開備用~蝦肉取出切丁or切菱形薄片or切絲隨你<備用><BR> <FONT color=red>6.特調法式白醬+蝦膏+白飯~另可加少許蛋花及鹽與味精<可加可不加>扮勻<BR> 7.扮好的飯鋪在對半的蝦頭上再放入烤箱裡焗烤<喜歡重口味的再放一層起司><BR> 8.烤好後灑上海台粉<增加美觀><BR></FONT> <FONT color=purple>9.萵苣+高麗菜+玉米粒+小豆苗+硬花生片or核桃仁+特調油醋醬扮勻<BR> 10.扮勻後再加入蝦肉輕翻即可食用</FONT><BR>PS: <FONT color=green>特調的油醋醬及特調法式白醬<都說是特調了>~所以請自己調</FONT></FONT><FONT color=black>=.="</FONT> </FONT></P>9 r7 c8 o" h! x" ]
